Aquarius Sangiovese Shiraz

This is a full bodied red with plum, pepper and spice characters. The Sangiovese gives a burst of refreshing cherry fruit and a savoury finish. Spicy and elegant.

The wine was crafted from 80% Sangiovese grapes and 20% Shiraz grapes, sourced from McPhersons Goulburn Valley vineyards in Central Victoria. The individual varieties were harvested separately over a three week period in March 2017. Picking and crushing was completed during the cool of the night to maintain freshness.
