Moutard Cremant Blanc de Blanc Methode Traditionelle

The purity of Chardonnay, as used in Blanc de Blanc Champagne. The difference? This is grown in Chablis, not in the Champagne region. Moutard, however are a a well known Champagne house.

Sharp, clean acidity with a steely minerality against a fruit profile of granny smiths and zingy citrus fruit. Bready notes from the secondary fermentation give a rich complexity that rounds off this fantastic wine.

Made by a Champagne house in the Champagne style, but grapes grown in Chablis making this a superb value fizz.
