Plan B! DR Dry Riesling

Vibrant aromatics of lemon and lime blossom with talc and minerality, with the classic whiff of kerosene that awesome dry riesling is famous for! Mouth-watering lime is the first hit on the palate, becoming generous, showing great persistence of soft citrus and textural weight leading a long and structured finish.

Grapes for this wine were hand picked at night at the Powderbark vineyard in the Frankland River region of Western Australia.

Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cool temperatures to capture the pristine varietal flavours and aromas. Settled post fermentation and bottled to retain freshness. Unfined.
