Frankland River Shiraz 50% and Pinot Noir 50% from 20 year old vines, hand harvested, co-fermented and crushed into open top concrete fermenters and left on skins for 8 days. Barrel matured in French oak barriques for 7 months – 25% new, 75% seasoned oak.
